Drop in Sessions

My name is Bobbie Pidgeon and I am the college mental health lead. I offer a 15-minute session where you can discuss any worries or concerns that you may have, and we can put in some immediate strategies to support your mental health.

These sessions are:

Monday & Tuesday from 12.15 – 1.00

Wednesday & Thursday from 12.45 – 1.30

Kooth

Kooth is a free, safe and anonymous mental wellbeing support service.  There is community support, helpful articles, self-help activities and trained counsellors you are able to talk to. Click below to visit and sign up.
