We are often the first point of call when students need someone to talk to – We can help with; Creating Societies, Mental Health, Exam Stress, Running Charity Events and Creating Awareness for different causes. We may not always have the answers, but we can always signpost you to the correct support.

Student Services is located next to Reception in the Hampton building – Ground Floor.

From here you can speak to staff about: lockers, car parking, Parentpay, work experience, trips, Student cards, bursary and Arbor issues.

Volunteering – To carry out a range of duties in and around college. Great way to meet new friends and to work towards Shirley Lions Award.

BSL – Learn British Sign Language, great for beginners First Aid- Come along and learn basic first aid skills and make new friends

Christian Society- Weekly devotionals in a warm environment as we gather, commune and worship.

Spanish- Expand your Spanish, no matter the level! Learn and share about the culture

Media- Expand your media knowledge – Revise and improve Theories / Essays. Come unlock your potential!

Sikh society is for all students wanting to learn and explore more about Sikhism. we explore myths, festivals, faith, practice and much more.

LGBTQ society is a safe space for all students from all backgrounds. We have open discussions about sexuality, gender, and issues the community face even in this current time. we also get involved in creating an awareness around college, run events such as pride, we love music and books for LGBTQ+ Health Ambassadors is a great society to get involved in as we cover a vast range of health issues as well as workshops and have guest speakers come in regularly. We work with organisations like Kooth and umbrella and many more. So, if you are thinking about a career in Medicine or health and social care highly recommend joining.

Craft Society is a mixture of year 12 and 13’s, we are a fun and friendly group who enjoy making and creating various crafty items. So far, we have created some dry clay sculptures, some bright and wonderful key chains and bracelets and some spooky woollen ghosts.

Environmental society is a relaxed and friendly group of both year 12 and 13’s, we are dedicated to improving the college’s environmental outlook.
