A bursary fund and free meals are available to those whose household income is up to £30k per year.

It could pay for

  • IT Equipment
  • Trips & Visit
  • DBS Checks

Do you meet the criteria?

  • Aged 19 or under on 31st August
  • Total houshold income below £35k (for priority 1)* or between £35k and £40k (for priority 2)*
  • 95% or above attendance & punctuality
  • No behaviour concerns
 

*financial thrshold are based on last year’s support and may change, depending on available funds. You can only apply after enrolment.

Students have been helping to setup our food pantry – just one of the ways we are helping our community with the cost-of-living crisis.

Free Meals
The government also provides support for a meal a day for eligible students when they are in College. Eligibility is assessed alongside the Bursary as a combined application and is based on the student or their parent/guardian being in receipt of one or more particular benefits. All students are given information on how to apply for Free Meals and the Bursary in their enrolment booklet.
