The roles are:
Digital Communications Assistant – Working on developing web/intranet-based communications to all Operations staff. Creating content in a digital way and helping the business shape the way we communicate to Gen Z’s of which we have around 300
Digital Engagement Assistant: Understanding how we get the most from our people. This includes things like promoting and making office work part of our fabric and making it worth the effort of people coming in.
Both roles have a starting salary of £26,500 with Annual bonuses, a fully full degree apprenticeship and other perks too.
