About the event
This location is the beating heart of our Energy business. From here our teams monitor and support thousands of customers across the UK with their energy equipment. Much of our equipment is used in high dependency situations, from back-up supply to hospitals to powering large music festivals! Using live telematics information, we ensure our customers have a reliable power supply when they need it most. A high tech facility, the National Uptime Centre was opened in 2023. From this site our teams provide 24/7 technical support to our Energy customers.
Activities
Visitors will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes at our busy Uptime Centre to see at first-hand our operations and to meet our teams on site. They will have chance to take part in an interactive session and also get to hear from some of our apprentices about their career journey.
